Had an awesome stay in the North Suite. Exceeded all my expectations. Location is perfect. Wildflower Cafe (downstairs) was outstanding for lunch or supper. Perfect location in the "heart" of Talkeetna. Beautifully appointed suites with just the right personal touches. The food at the Wildflower is also incredibly delicious. Don't hesitate to book a stay here! I've stayed at both the suites here, and have to say this is the BEST place to stay in Talkeetna!! It's affordable and cozy. Plus connected to the best restaurant in town! Can't say enough good about this place!! Beautiful, simple place to stay. Traveling with kids it was super nice to have a kitchenette. The restaurant downstairs is amaaazing. Kid friendly and right in the middle of town. Main Street Sites are THE place to stay in Talkeetna. This is one of the few places available to stay on Main Street, so you can be part of all the action, yet they are private and quite. We stayed with our two preteens. Easy walk to the river & park during the day, then we were able to slip out to the Fairview for a drink at night while the kids watched a movie. One bedroom, but the kids were comfy 'camping' in the livingroom.
